Each class is carefully tailored to your current physical, emotional and energetic state. Whether you're looking to restore balance, build strength with awareness, release tension, or simply find stillness, the practice adapts to you.

With a background in therapeutic yoga and embodied healing, I guide each session with deep attentiveness, integrating breathwork, mindful movement and somatic presence.

This is more than yoga. It is a sacred pause — a time to inhabit yourself fully and gently.
